The number one killer in America is Heart Disease. The key to stopping such as a problematic illness like heart disease is to find out as much as we can about it and, more importantly, how to prevent it. It's estimated that more than FIFTY-EIGHT million Americans have a form of heart disease.

Information on heart disease is not hard to find; your doctor probably has several good articles and leaflets on the subject in his office. Being such a prevelent disease, you would be hard pressed not to find an article or other piece of information on heart disease in your local health center or hospital. Also, look on the Internet where all the information on heart disease that you want is only a few keystrokes away.

The information you'll want to research are things such as: risk factors, prevention, the latest scientific research, symptoms, and treatments. By learning as much as we can about heart disease, we can hopefully prevent it and all go on to live long, healthy, productive lives.
